Good morning everyone! Due to the heat, we will be making a few changes this week to protect myself and my employees. We won’t have our grill on the next 3 days. We are closed on Saturday July 4th. Sunday we are open but whether the grill we be on is to be determined once we get closer. The grill we use is an open flame which makes for a great burger but also puts off a TON of heat. Too much heat to deal with in a building with no AC. All of our fryer stuff will be available as well as our coneys/dogs/rippers. On the sandwich side, I recommend our Texas Tenderloin our BLT or our Crispy Chicken Sandwich! We always toast our buns but we won’t be doing that until the heat lets up some. We will toast the toast for the BLT because that’s just a standard toaster. The less heat being put into that kitchen, the better off all of us working in there will be. Our pop machine is now fixed so all of our drinks including our delicious root beer is available. The other change I’m making is we are usually open until 8:30 on Friday but it will be 8 this week. I want to do everything I can to be open but also be smart about it. We are open 4 to 8 today, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Closed Saturday for the holiday. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. Once this heat lifts, we will fire it all back up as usual 👌
Good afternoon! Bad news. Our pop dispensing machine decided to crap out on us late yesterday so we have no way to dispense any of our drinks. Hopefully this can get fixed Monday or Tuesday to be ready for Wednesday. We will only have Coke, Diet Coke and bottled water for today. The fun times of running a business 🤦♂️ All of our food is good to go! We have Banana Pudding Bars in stock! Try these if you haven’t. A staff favorite! We are open 4 to 8 today. Rainy Friday but we are open from 4 to 8:30! I want to talk about a menu item we carry that a lot of you may not be familiar with. It happens to be one of my favs and I’ve gotten several others onto it as well. It’s been on the menu for decades but isn’t one of our top sellers and I feel it absolutely should be. I think people skip over it mainly because of the name and not exactly sure what it is. It is called the Pizza Steak! It is a beef patty mixed with pizza seasonings with cheese in the middle. It is probably about 1/4 pound or slightly less total weight but it is nothing like a burger at all. It comes on a plain bun with pizza sauce. You can add onions to it if you wish. I highly recommend these! They are $4.95
Good afternoon everyone! Weather couldn’t be better for a trip to the Wot-A-Dog! Just a heads up, we are closed on Fathers Day. We are open 4 to 8:30 tonight and 4 to 8:30 on Saturday. We are still featuring our Prime Rib Burger, the steak sandwich and the queso jack sausage! The prime rib burger is a 1/2 pound prime rib steak burger that comes on a cornmeal bun built the way you want it. It’s definitely one of my personal favorites. On the dessert end, we got these tasty banana pudding ice cream bars in that my staff LOVE! They will be available starting today as well. Come and check us out! 🌭🌭🌭🍔🍔🍔
