It’s official!!!! Barring some strange set of circumstances, our opening day will be Wednesday, March 25th from 4 to 8. As a lot of you know, I had a health scare back in June. I listed the place for sale as a precaution and then decided to pull the listing and open back up. I appreciate all the kind words from all of you along the way. In saying that, I have to go about this slowly and carefully. We will be on a limited menu but I do want you to know that nothing is gone forever. It’s simply been put on hold for now is all. We also will have limited hours that can certainly change as we go but for now they are as follows…. ![]()

Just a friendly reminder, we are taking applications for the season today from 1 to 3 up at the restaurant! You can come in either door that is located on the sides of the building. This is our last round of applications. We are inching closer to opening day! I will announce a for sure date tonight or tomorrow but we are zoning in on Wednesday, March 25th! 🌭🌭🌭

Good evening everyone! Our last round of applications will be this Saturday, March 21st from 1 to 3 up at the restaurant! You will be pleased to know we are planning a March 25th opening but that’s not for sure just yet. I will post this weekend at some point whether we hold to that date and what our schedule will look like. Either way, we are very close to the start of the 2026 season! 🌭🌭🍔🍔🍺🍺

Vote time! I’ve thought about this one from time to time and I know which one i personally like but I’m not really sure which way this will go…. Our chili cheese fries are made with curly fries, coney sauce and liquid cheese. As a lot of you know, we shred our own cheese that we use on our coneys. So here’s my question. Do you think the chili cheese fries are better with the liquid cheese OR the cheese we shred in house? I’m not looking for a both answer here 😆 And go!!
